MBE ECU ....Speed Six?

Hi Folks,
What is the difference between the ECU is from a Tuscan S 4.0L and a 3.6L Tamora? the Numbers of it ... look's the same!
Yes, i know that the 4.0L Engine will more Fuel and etc. through the Injecters.

Does anyone know, whether you can change the ECU against each other?

The Tam ECU No. is : E6549, Ser. 0020185, xxx

The Tuscan S ECU No.is: E6549, Ser. 0020065, xxx

I think the difference is only the EPROM and maybe SRAM ?, will i be able to change the EPROM without complications? .... see picture!
