Not sure if I would actually ever do this was just wondering what people opinions would be. Always been a huge fan of bbs style cross spoke alloys. And thought the Griffith 500 SE with the cross spoke oz wheels looked fantastic

So was just wondering what a t350 with these style of wheels would be like? A company makes them in 18" with the correct offset and bolt patern for a t350. What do people think nice or horrendous?

Go for it if you like it of course, but personally I've never liked those wheels at all, regardless what car they are on.

personally I think they look rather chav, chavey, or even chavy.

Not sure how to use the 'c' word correctly, but you get my drift.

I was thinking retro rather than Chav but they certainly dont seam to be going down too well.

Do any aftermarket wheels look better on the T350 rather than the std spiders?

Chav maybe not quite the right description.

The question of whether any other wheels look better on the T350 other than the standard spiders is something that I have considered.

There are a couple of alternatives shown in pics here on PH, sorry, cannot remember where, but IMHO I still think the standard spiders look the best.

I agree with Steve. I just love the look of the Spiders.

But besides the looks, I appreciate having original TVR wheels and would never replace them with anything else because of that.

Not my cup of tea those ones but there are some after market wheels that work IMO, such as the Jades offered by Power and the CR Works that ACT used to do.
I know I will get flamed for this but I never understood a company that offered a bespoke service on colour, trim type, trim colour etc etc that only ever offered one style of wheel on the T cars.
The cynic in me thinks it was probably the number of wheels they had to buy to get the deal they wanted.
Personally I like having some different wheels especially when they have the benefit of being lighter & stronger than the spiders.

We had a new North East TVRCC member turn up to the last meeting in a red T350 with similar wheels, these were polished silver rims with a gold centre.... sounds awful but looked fantastic in a semi-race car way.

Looked refreshing

They are my favourite wheels for the Griff, would love to see them on a modern car, but not sure how they would look.

Like the way your thinking though.

I quite like this although for me the SP12's look the best on Chim's, Griff's and T350's

I am a big fan of the Team dynamic pro race 1.2 wheels (SP12) as i have them fitted on my Exige. However they are very much a motorsport looking wheel rather than a classic design.

Loving the photoshop effort

Euan, for me they just aren't modern enough for the beautiful curves and modern look of the T350. Definitely a backward step and the style police would have to be informed hehe

All imho of course

I suppose one of the reasons I thought it might look okay was always admired the Weismann coupe, which is a similar shape to a t350

Brilliant on the Griff but not for me on a T car
