Aero windscreen blades
Discussion
Agree with all so far in saying they work very well with a good spray of water when required, been on my 350 for about 12 months and follow the nearside screen curve very well. Also work well at speed, given I only travel at a legal motorway speeds (on most roads
)
Far better looking than the factory design IMHO

I had a pair of the ebay ones on the Chim, they were fine, although didn't follow the curve of the screen as well as i'd hoped, and ended up with a couple of spots which didn't clear when using them.
Now on the Tuscan i've put some Bosch retrofit flat blades from wiperblades.co.uk and they're perfect. Seems to have a bit more flex in them so there are no spots that get missed.
They don't have the integrated washer bit so i'll be doing that separately.

Would suggest the one way valve, yes. Save that wet look on pushing things away from the lights. Cheap and chearful form Halfrauds,very simple to fit. Would also suggest a single loop of matt black insulation tape to secure water pipes to the arm when fitting the blades rather than the cable ties. Almost invisible when done.
Put the new flat wipers on this morning. Not impressed to be honest. The O/S blade is too long (over the top of the windscreen, the N/S one doesn't follow the full curvature of the screen and, most importantly, they don't seem to clear water as well as the old ones. The washers are an improvement though!

That's pretty much what I had on the Chim. Definitely worth trying to bend/flex the backing arms to see if that helps. MrChips said:

Tried fiddling around a but this afternoon aligining the blade to sweep correctly by bending the arm a bit. Will see how they go for a while before I change again.Gassing Station | Tamora, T350 & Sagaris | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
