Tamora windows

Does anyone know an expert at adjusting Tamora windows? The car has been resprayed and I asked them yo see if they could make the windows fit better. They now fit much, much worse. We've been through problems front to back. I think the issue is that they are not leaning in against the rubber seal hard enough.

I had a new one fitted last weekend by Jason at Str8 Six (since some kind soul put a brick through the old one). Seems to fit pretty perfectly.

I understand the whole mechanism has to be taken out and it took about 2 hours. I'm also told somewhere there is an adjustment screw (do a search for old posts) but I couldn't find it.
