Can I fit a mountain bike in or on any of the above?

I have recently sold my Chimaera (which has since been written off - fortunately driver ok) and used to easily fit my bike and the roof in the boot. Can a bike be transported in a Tamora/T350/Tuscan? If not, is there a rack that might work without trashing the fibreglass?

I've seen a picture on here of a bike rack on the back of a T350 - can't remember who.

I can get my MTB in the boot of my Tuscan, but it needs both wheels and the seat post/saddle removing and the forks lowering as far as they will go. There is a thread on here somewhere with bikes in car boots.

Take the saddle and front wheel off and anything less than a 21" frame should fit in the Chimaera. My 21" is about 1/2 inch too big, if I take the back wheel off too it goes in. I would avoid the brackets. I put one on my old mx-5 and the plastic bumper bent in, also left burned on plastic from the pads!

Erm - He's not talking about the Chim.

OP - I'd avoid a bike rack as they will have to attach to the glass screen. You could fit one on the boot of a 350/Sag but it would mean moving the passenger seat all the way forwards and so no passenger at all. Tuscan has a sizeable boot so I'd be surprised if it didn't go in one the same as the Chim.

Sorry! Still, I would advise against the racks - in my experience they add a lot of stress to just a few points, unless attached really well - as they are probably designed for a ford focus this could be tricky with any of the TVRs you mention. The stiffer suspension adds to the stress/impact on the bodywork.
