Door opening system - Cerbera vs T350C

Probably been done before but does anyone know why the system was changed. Cerberas that I've tried have a lovely mechanism - press door mirror button, window drops, ping - door opens on its own. T350 - press door mirror button, window drops, mechanism clicks away, yank on door mirror - door opens eventually!

Why the change?

A T350 would look silly with a Cerbera door, for a start the door is longer than the car

Should still open with a single push of the button - maybe yours need adjusting?

Thinking back, mine did that once, told the dealer they sorted it, it just needs adjusting, took them about 5 minutes.

But having pressed, the button does your door "spring" open or do you need to encourage it by pulling?

Er, it falls open outwards, but not very forcefully. I think I see what you mean now ...

Yes mine opens with a nice spring.

Another item fixed by HHC! Doors now pop open to allow the door to be pulled on the trailing edge without catching on anything (unless the car is on uneven ground of course!).
