Single Din Head Unit/Sat Nav

Im sure this has come up loads of times before but I thinking of putting an integrated sat nav stereo in to the Tiv, does anyone have any recommendations on which ones I should consider. Thinking 7" flip out touchscreen.....

Dont buy one of the cheap ones of ebay they whine a lot and drain batteries. I ended up getting an android system that works through google maps on your phone as i found that the 7 in screen would foul my gearstick going in and out and I couldnt get it to the proper angle to see it properly when driving.

I am not a fan of flip out screens so here is my solution - Nav, Bluetooth (inc music streaming from Iphone) and USB
