Dropped the car off 2 weeks ago for shipping to Australia (where I am currently). Discussed the issues about battery disconnection, and they decided to leave it connected.

Now, 2 weeks later, they decide it needs disconnection.

Is there a kind PHer in Croydon, familiar with the battery situation in the T350/Tam/Sag that would be able to disconnect it for me - I don't trust the warehouse staff. All the required tools are in the boot of the car.

I can help you out tomorrow if that's any good?

PM me with where the car is/if you want the battery disconnected or removed/window left open to allow access or not, & anything else you can think of.

I am waiting to hear back from the shipping company when they need the battery disconnected - if it can be done now, or has to wait until it has been loaded.

Hopefully should hear first thing tomorrow!

I'd need the windows left down so that we can get back into the car this side.

Thanks again for the offer!

They have come back and said it needs to be on the day the container is there - which will be 1 - 2 weeks time. I should get a date off them later today. smile
