Well at last - I pick up the T350C tomorrow and say a very fond farewell to my 996 (it really has been a great car and took something very special for me to sell it). Will I get any sleep tonight???????
I don't think so somehow!
It's the 2006 Reflex Charcoal one from Tony Gilbert's.
Does anyone know when and where the TVR Club meets up in either Cheshire or Staffordshire?
I'll get some pics up ASAP.
Many, many thanks for all of your help (especially Peter the last owner) re the purchase of this car and I hope to see some of you at meets/events.

Hi and welcome to the fold. Staffs and Shropshire meet on the 2nd sunday of each month - we're actually getting together this sunday at the Shugborough Classic car show - too late to gain exhibitor entry now but you can come along as a member of the public. Depends where you are but we also meet up with the North Wales gang - they meet up a week later (3rd Sunday) over in Ruthin ( great drive from Llangollen!)

Sure you'll enjoy that 3.6 engine, sweet revving (I have the same in my Tuscan)

Let me know if you need more details - I've got the meeting calendat somewhere !

great news, another t in North Staffs.

Picked the T350C up today - yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
Drove back from Warwickshire (100 miles) in appalling weather and the car felt planted and everything worked!!!
However we did manage to screw up the immobiliser/alarm procedure even though Tony (of Tony Gilbert's) showed us what to do - never mind sorted it by giving it time to arm and or reset!! Great car and amazing sound from the sports exhaust - mmmmmmmm lovely.
Anyway I'm now officially back in the fold.

Hope you're enjoying your new TVR, if you fancy a decent run out you'll be more than welcome at the North Wales group, we always have a run out towards the EVO triangle before the meet and normally get between 8 and 14 TVR's turning up. see details for this months meet below.

• This August's meeting will be on Sunday 19th and I am proposing a drive out. Meeting at the Ruthin Castle hotel at 10.30 am for a 11.00 am departure heading through Snowdonia and onto Caernarfon for a lunch stop (plus coffee stop en route).

As long as you bring 2 forms of ID, a signed letter of good standing, and are prepared to swear allegiance to the Staffordshire knot then you should be fine
