I need to replace the rotary switch next to the ignition barrel which controls the rate of intermittent wipe, I've found one online but wondered if anyone has replaced one?, does the old switch just 'pop out' or is it threaded in place? Thanks

I thought that switch was for dimming the pod backlight, does yours actually work on the wipers?

Every day's a school day wink It controls the speed of the intermittent wipe. If yours is also dimming the pod backlight, you may have "Friday afternoon" wiring laugh

Just checked the car with the ignition on, but without actually firing it up (a bit late for that) and the switch did nothing, I therefore retract my last post smile

Grub screw I think. IIRC you can get shiny alloy ones too
