Whilst trying to get the interior fans to work again
i noticed these wires hanging loose in the passenger footwell.
Does anyone know what they are, the two smaller ones were entwined and are pink/green the larger one is black.
Thanks
Bob

No but I have lots of random wires & connectors that seemingly connect to nothing. I check them for voltage and insulate where necessary. I also 'tag' them so if I come across them again they are not new random wires so to speak.

If the LED lights are on for the rotary heater control but no fan, then its likely that the heater amp has a loose connection or has gone tits up. Give it a wiggle if no joy check for voltage & continuity on the loom plug (2 live, switched I think from memory & 2 earth) if you have voltage heater amp needs some TLC

Andy - thanks again, i'll check them over the weekend, there was nothing obvious for them to plug into, so i guess they are superfluous to requirements. The LED lights on the rotary dials do work - as for the heater trinary(??) switch, the one that was in the car was iffy when i bought it, i then bought a refurbished one from Graham V and it is better, but still hit and miss, i assume therefore the problem lies elsewhere, one for the garage to investigate i think.
