Question re. t350 air con

I am looking for a Tamora however the 350 has grabbed my attention. I have posted – looking for a Tamora on a separate thread.

Question – what is the air con like on the 350? Does it work adequately on a day when the car needs cooling after sitting in the sun? No way I would have one without.

To be honest I was very shocked on how well the Air Con works,on the hot days of our summer it produced iced cold air!
I thought it was gonna be a little gimmick as per my old S1 Exige usually known as "Con Air" instead of air con!! but the TVR air con was excellent.
To be fair if you find an nice one that you want that doesn't have the air con it can now be fitted additionally by some TVR specialists.

When it's fully gassed, work's pretty well, and blows cold air, assuming the heater flaps are set correctly (i.e. hot is properly off when it's meant to be).

Costs about £2/2.5k to get it installed.

Thanks......so long and short it's not as per Clarkson. A mouse spitting occasional cold air in your face…..or some such.

My t350 didn't have air con so I had Str8 six fit this as I got the car from them - it looks completely factory and works really well so very worthwhile in the summer - well worth adding as I'd have found it uncomfortable in the warmer months
