Does anyone know what's the cheapest wheel that will fit a T350 (with 330mm brakes)? I want to send my wheels off to be refurbished but the layout of my garage means I can't leave it on axle stands and need to be able to roll it backwards and forwards. I think that means I'm not interested in offset; simply stud pattern and minimum size and am heading to Ebay for badly damaged wheels with tyres. Any thoughts?
The only fly in the ointment with jap oem wheels with the same pcd is that the center bore is usually smaller than whats on TVR. I think mitsubishi use a 66.6/7mm center bore and TVR is either 70.? or 72.? or thereabouts (ie bigger than 66).
Other may vary but I've not seen one thats a direct fit. That said aftermarket wheels usually have larger centre bores and use spigot rings to get it down to the required size so any of that type could work (though not Compomotives as these tend to be machined to the size relevant to the intended use - I have an old set of compos that could fit the TVR except for the center bores being mitsi sizes :/ . its rumoured you can get wheels rebored to larger centre bore sizes but I've never tried.

I would think you would struggle to go anything smaller than 16" diameter when you consider caliper clearance, so have a good look at that beforehand. Didn't very early Tuscan's have 16" Spiders on ?? Offset will be important again because of caliper clearance - I remember I completely forgot about this when I did a brake upgrade on my BM and when I had a puncture the bloody space saver spare wouldn't fit on !!!
