Error code 144

Can someone tell me what error code 144 is - it just states "power supply"?

I have just reconnected the battery after being away and the Sag hasn't been started for a while.

I've seen it before when turning the car off and back on again, also when battery is low on charge.

I presume that the ecu has noticed a power spike outside of 'normal' parameters.
