I have a T350T with a leaking front shock. I have spoken with Nitron and they have asked me to remove the shock and post it to them for a repair at a cost of £65.00. The issue is turnaround - 20 working days!!!

Are there any other alternatives??? I'm based in Derby if that helps

I sent the set of four back to them that are on the Cerb, and it took less than that. I had them re-valved so a softer setting at the same time.

You could call Neil Garner, TVR Indie who's 20-miles from Nitron's Factory in Oxon?

He could arrange a speedier turnaround perhaps??

If you don't ask..........? Here's his home page: http://www.neilgarner.co.uk

His No is: 01666 577449

I'm taking the nitrons off my Tuscan on Monday. You are welcome to borrow one if you are willing to leave a deposit and collect / deliver back to Glossop.

TBH I'd have the pair rebuilt.

That said how old are the shocks? I ask as as if they're 3 or 4 years old I'd have all four rebuilt.

I say that as one of my rears leaked and I just had the rear pair done and once I'd put them back on the front was awful and I had to have those done immediately.

If you have a friendly dealer/Indie they may well have a spare set of shocks they can put on for you while you wait for the Nitrons to return? The upside is they come back looking like new.

Call Jason at STR8SIX. The Nitron factory is a short distance from them. I had all four serviced and new Eibach springs fitted and the turnaround time was less than a week.
