Big thanks to Jason and the guys at Str8Six....

Check out these Sparco bad-boys. Had them trimmed in a Ferrari Daytona style - similar to the Str8Six Vulcan. They slide on the runners and everything. Just awesome, makes you realise just how bad the std (Tuscan) type seats were....

Best after market seats I can remember seeing in a TVR. Are they comfortable and do they provide better support ?

They're not really aftermarket, they're the ones that Sparco specifically made for TVR - TVR were going to start fitting them to the new cars, but went bust before the opportunity arose. Jason @ Str8Six managed to secure a few sets.... and these are a pair.

They are so comfortable and so supportive, worlds apart from the horrible Tuscan type seats.

Not cheap it has to be said, but probably best to speak to Jason... as the wife might see this smile

Definitely worth the money though.

I had a set of these fitted to the Tuscan, they were then retrimmed fitted into the Sag when i changed. Would have to agree with the comments on comfort, grip and cost.
Only thing to watch out for is they have a taller base than the tuscan seats so you end up sitting slightly higher which could be a problem for the taller driver.

Anyone know of a similar seat that would fit? I'd love to fit something like this in my Tamora. They look really good in your Sag bye the way, well done!

Thanks for all the positive response guys, they really are awesome seats and its a shame to think there are no more out there. It has to be said, the quality and finish of the upholstery is out of this world.

I'm wondering if the guy that upholstered mine could do the same thing on some Tuscan type seats and maybe modify the cushioning a bit to make them more supportive/comfortable...? Might be an option.

Clive - sorry only just got your mail, and bit late now anyway I guess.

Wow, very nice! How many orders would Sparco need to put these into production?! Supportive, comfortable, looks original and on sliders, they'd sell like hot cakes. Don't worry about the upholstery - we can sort that ourselves to our own taste and budget. If you're listening... biggrin
