Hi all, after a bit of advice on a 2003 t350c I've seen forsale. It's done 57000 miles with no signs of a rebuild. Also has a gap in the service history where it went 14k without a service. There are a couple of other niggles such as a tear in the drivers seat and a clock warning error. Is it worth a look? What's it roughly work providing everything else is ok?

Thanks dan

Honestly only you can answer that. If you're looking round the bottom of he market then there will always be work needed. But if you aren't sure about it...

It's done 57000 miles with no signs of a rebuild. = there seem to be several engines without an overhaul, so its not a must

gap in the service history where it went 14k without a service. = depends whether it was in the past and is covered by later services. Where was it serviced in the past, ask them for further details?

tear in the drivers seat = should be okay with that mileage, as it was used by a driver smile

clock warning error. = could be a batterie issue, however, could also be a problem with the dash ECU, ask Paul Smith with further details

Tears in drivers seat is fairly normal. What is the clock error number? Mine was showing a time of 26:13 had to have dash ECU sent away to be repaired - not hugely expensive but a pain.

To be sure get it inspected by a well known specialist.

What is the price of the car?
This may reflect some of the issues you have highlighted.
