T350 heater controls -dash vents

Hi
Not sure if I have a problem but I can't get any hot air to come out of the dash vents
I can get hot air to the windscreen delisting vents but only ever cold air out of the ones facing into the cabin.
Have adjusted the mixing flap put that does not make any difference to the hot/cold air.
Am I missing something?

as far as I understand this is exactly how it works....

They all do that sir. Hot air from vents under windscreen and under the dash. Cold from those on the dash.

Thanks for the replies, I was worried that there was something wrong and now I just have to check that I get heat out of the vents under the dash as I did not know that I had them

Is there any way of stopping the hot air coming out of the lower vents and only have cold air come out of them?
