After another cable snapping coming back from Spa, I'm going to ask Dom at power if he could get stronger(thicker?)cables made. This the third one that's broke on the Sagaris and it always seems to go after some foot to the floor driving.Any thoughts on the thicker cable?

I have had a couple snap on my Tamora, both times it was at the pedal end. Took it to garage to get fixed and guy said that its a known issue and resolved by slightly adjusting the pedal maximum travel, which apparently puts less strain on the cable connector. Only by a couple of mm apparently.

Not snapped since and that was maybe 3 or 4 years ago.

pedal box throttle stop, when you press go pedal hard 100% the load should be on the pedal stop not the cable

Tuscan is on its third as well.

The cable needs to be routed so as not to kink, there was an updated part for the Tuscan, which I think is fitted to the other T cars. I had one break after a few weeks, so some of them might be better than others.

The angle of the cable isn't great, as the cable arcs the load is put on the thrust face at the cable. The later cables are different and have a revised end with a PTFE shealth. (I think)

I have the pedal box apart at the moment looking at it. I thought it was going again but it wasn't....

I'll stick with the £60 cable and Graham Varley Mod tongue out Most cables probably seize up and break due to lack of use.
