As the title says, has the T350 for 4 days now and love it but there is condensation in the headlights and it is really annoying me has anyone got a fix for this, thought about drilling small holes in the lenses but that would allow water in.

Hi Gary!
Go, have a ride in the sunshine and don't take care of this anymore...
I think most of us have this typical TVR issue, I would never drill a hole into the Chassis or the lensecovers...

cheers Josef

Only real answer is to remove the headlight cover, dry it, and then reseal it back on with Sikaflex 221.

But be aware you may never be able to resell it properly.

+1 This.

A bit of sunshine and air rushing through on a drive will eventually take care of that. But may take a few days. Best to leave it alone me thinks.

I get this every time I wash the car but eventually it goes.

Drill abt 5mm dia hole through bottom of light housing in forward inner corner at the bottom of the light housing part of body. (Best done with light cover removed.) Hole is sheltered from water entry by the flanged part of the bodywork immediately under the light area. HHC fitted battery vent filters on the underside of the holes to keep bugs out.
This mod has been successful in almost totally eliminating condensation in a T350 which is kept outside and which used to suffer severe misting/condensation - particularly in winter.
The light units fitted to the rear face of the light housing are not an airtight seal. Drilling the above small hole allows a slight flow of air through the space under the light covers. (in via the hole, out from round the light fittings).
The hole is difficult to see in this location as view is partly obstructed by the black border of the headlight clear covers.
