Hi,

Well I'm not the most mechanical chap in the world but those that know me, know I like shiny things! So after seeing some lovely under bonnet TVRs at Le Mans I thought I would make an effort

Bonnet Off
Lacquering ACT Carbon Airbox
Shrink Wrapping Noisy Parts
Camcover Off and Spark Plug Cover ready for powder coat (£20) and ACT Carbon Plug Cover
Dremel Polishing of anything not shiny under bonnet.

I wondered what fetling was happening this weekend for the Speed 6 Brotherhood

Got mine back after 4 months today so not much cleaning more driving but have managed the following:


Replace cast boot badge (might need to re-visit this as its a pain in the arse to get right so the solenoid fires only when it should
Fit carbon pedal plate
apply 'TVR' wheel logo's
Stop rear view mirror wobbling
Fish spare wheel out so I can take the new fronts to be balanced - its shaking like a stting dog at 75-80mph
