There I am enjoying the sunshine. When I noticed too late my water temperature in my T350 had reached 110 degrees. I quickly found somewhere to stop. Thats when I saw it was p155ing coolant everywhere!! The AA were with me quite quickly & after some diagnosis he then added water both in the expansion tank and the main radiator. Fortunately he followed me for a little way. Again the temperature started to go up. But this time it wasn't leaking. Both fans were kicking in. I'm now waiting for a flat bed tow truck.

Just to add insult to the injury. My seat belt catch mechanism has decided to break as well. The seat belt is firmly connected to the buckle but it won't release!!!

They say things happen in threes. I'm now wondering what else can go wrong?

Have you checked the coolant recently?. If the cap was not put on tightly enough what you experienced can happen.
It then requires topping up and bled ideally with the front end slightly higher on a jack or similar.
It is also worth changing the water temperature sender below the air box /throttle 5 every so often.
