Hi,

I have some front Steve Heath front ARB drop links on my T350 and one side has developed some play. I believe a rose joint just needs replacing.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the rose joint so I can get a replacement?

I found someone referring to this site to get a replacement but don't know the size: http://www.mcgillmotorsports.co.uk/index.php?act=v...

Are these kind of front ARB drop links still considered to be the best kind? I use my car for 90% track use now as this might affect recommendations. I noticed that RG have some uprated ones that replace stock and the rose jointed ones they used to sell but no picture to suggest what these uprated ones actually are?

Cheers,

Nick

Have you tried Leven Technology ?

I've heard very good reports about their drop links http://www.leventechnology.co.uk/index.htm

Might be worth giving them a call ?

The top joints are 7/16th UNF RH thread.
The bottom joints are M10 RH thread.

All joints are teflon or similar lined.

Before doing anything make sure that the bolts are tight as this feels like the same as a worn joint.

Thanks Steve, I shall check the bolts first.

I'm not sure of the second measurement here but is this what I need:
7/16" x 7/16" UNF Ultra High Performance/Ultra High Strength ,PTFE/Kevlar Lined, MALE (RIGHT HAND THREAD) ROD END JOINTS

7/16" it bolts through the top wishbone on an extended washer arrangement, if this is where you mean. Bolt is 7/16UNF
