Cleaning the chassis and removing some marks by repainting, getting the sub-frame beneath the tank re-coated, refurbing the wheel arches, refurbing the heat shield behind bean cans/ under the tank, new wiper arms, new wheel nuts, and some more.
Maybe i get the wheels recoated, but this is likely to be pushed to next winter, as the car will then get new shoes anyway.
Man, the guy who first thought of applying cavity wax to car underbodies should be shot on the spot. That stuff isn't supposed to be used like that. Working underneath the car with this sticky stuff on it is disgusting as hell. :-/
Jesus, until today my brother an i spent hours and hours of removing tons of waxoyl...and 10 years worth of brake dust and dirt for that matter. We won't reapply any wax/oil as the car won't see any rain/snow for the next years in my care.

what are your plans there....mine need "something doing" but not sure what
Not sure yet, it seems most are the same, if the targa gets folded completely back, the hood pulls off the corners.Sure I have seen one where the corners were not actually glued down, just tidied and left kind of loose to allow for the pull.

Remove the tensioning wire that pulls through and glue fabric back to the targaSure I have seen one where the corners were not actually glued down, just tidied and left kind of loose to allow for the pull.
