Number Plate Light Fitting

Second one from me today.

I was messing about with some LEDs today and one of the number plate light fittings for the festoon bulb is broken. I therefore need to replace it. Does anyone know what car they were from? Or where I can get one / two from?

I'd like to point out that the holder was already broken before I did anything.
