Fitted the new Momo Trek R the other day and went out for a spin today smile

Wow. I can see why many have changed to this. The feel is so much better, grip (the standard can be a little slippy) and you feel more confident and comfortable controlling the car. I had the wheel trimmed top and bottom in Alcantara to match the seats, with orange stitching thanks to Dave the Trimmer The Personal Wheel is all tucked away, in case I want to pop it back on in the future, but to be honest, the Momo has proved a worthwhile upgrade smile

As much as I love the feel of my one, it looks like a turd, also as it has been on a couple of years, the chrome centre strip has started to bubble and corrode, so I'm going to dismantle it, have it blasted and powder coated Matt black, it'll still look like a turd though.

I'm sure it's nice to use but it is hideous beyond measure.

I've just bought a Tam, and fancy changing the wheel….do not think it will be one of these, listening to your comments…..
Would prefer a suede covered wheel.

I like the look of it - and wasn't this going to be the new TVR's wheel for the Sagaris 2 (am sure I have read that somewhere..)

The only part I am not sure about is the chrome lower spoke - in my view, chrome belongs on old classics, not more modern sports cars.

And don't forget the curved brake and clutch pedals for the CF plate to complete the look.... hehe

Yes.

And the Sag/T350 has enough chrome/alloy on it already, so adding it to the
wheel makes it look more in situ.

Hideous beyond measure????? confused

Looks to me like it was meant to be there. I am sure the original one some interiors better though.

I like it (must do otherwise I wouldn't have bought one..) - just not 100% sure about the chrome part. However, I like the look of that interior, I was going to change mine to a neutral colour combo - but I like that one a lot!
