Sure I read on here somewhere about parking sensors that will work through GRP so they don't need to be externally mounted. Anybody have a link to where I can purchase such items. At a guess it was an 'Alex mod' but not sure.

If you still need the details, let me know.

I will be fitting a speed sensor for the front ones so that they only work below 10-15 miles per hour.

At the moment, they have to be switched off manually which is annoying.

They are very useful.

Leave the manual switch in too - parking sensors drive me nuts when you're sat in queuing traffic and pedestrians (quite reasonably) are crossing between the cars.

No need to? Just wire into existing door lock release interlock?
