Fitting Cats - heatshields

I'm refitting the cats to Tamy tomorrow. Which way should the [what I assume are] heatshield point? Towards the ground, engine, body???????

Heatshield towards the chassis.

Thanks. Sort of obvious but then again never assume with TVR!

I'm going to watch qualifying first though.
