new clutch - which one?

Hi all!
My clutch quits its job today (or maybe the slave cylinder?).

If its the clutch, should I go for a new standard one or an upgrade?

I'm a normal hobby racer - no tracks (yet)

Don't know about the actual clutch...maybe just a replacement standard AP item if you don't abuse it too much?

One thing to think about though - the slave - I know of a few issues with replacing the seals where by they have failed again relatively quickly. I had my whole slave replaced an so far so good so it may just be the seal kit?

Also, some seem to go for the RP upgrade - I think I would have gone for that option at the time had I thought about it a bit more...just extra piece of mind I guess?
