Before deciding on a Tamora 10 years' ago, I test drove both the Tuscan and Tam for comparison (before the test drives, I was convinced it was going to be the Tuscan just on looks alone)!
The Tamora was more fun to drive, easier too - it didn't feel like it wanted to kill you. I likened it to an Elise on steroids - much more planted and predictable than the Tuscan (we are talking factory standard cars)
10 years' on, I am still of the same mind, and bought my second Tamora last October. I am having Nitron suspension fitted right now, as I want the car to be as good as new and at least handle as good as new.
The Tamora is also a whole foot shorter than the Tuscan (much less overhang at the front and rear) and a little lighter, so it's all good...

I was on a circuit training trackday last summer in my T350t and there was a Tuscan S MK1 as well in the group. The instructor drove both and said much the same as Chris did. He thought the T350 was less twitchy and it handled better. It is no Tamora but the comparison holds up anyway.

I think the T350 is a good comparison to a Tamora. AFAIK, they are virtually identical under the body.Having the suspension swapped for Gaz Gold Pro this weekend. 6 hours on b roads last weekend were the last straw for the original non-Bilstein dampers. Twitchy and crashy as hell despite geos and ride height correction. Was fine on track though.
Would have had Bilsteins but with the right springs that was heading into Nitron territory, which I can't justify.
Crossing white lines in the wet at anything over 50 still gives me the jitters!
