Have you pushed the little button on the dash that overrides the door/boot locks from the outside until the car is next locked/unlocked? If not you can remove the badge to access the button/lock through the little flap inside the boot

Nothing will happen! when you push it it disables the exterior door/boot buttons so you can leave the car open without locking it but you still can't open the doors. ECU for the boot/passanger side door is in the PS footwell. Unplug it and plug it back in and it should fire the boot solinoid if not the problem is likely with the solenoid if it does fire then its the button or the alignment of the boot plinth
