Fan spade connectors

Has anyone replaced the spade connectors on the radiator fans for anything a slightly more waterproof?

Ive been looking at the following, just trying to find out if they require a special tool for crimping.

These are rated at 46A as I've heard that the fans can pull up to 20/30A at start up.

I used something similar - Same as the ones on ' Powers site without the TVR 'tax' added. They work better than the tat TVR used. Silicone grease & electrical tape would also do the job if you don't want the faff of changing the connectors
