Only three hours to go before picking up my Sagaris after a long wait of 10 months.

It is the very last Halcyon Midas Sagaris to be made as the colour is no longer an option.

Having lots of modifications done to it to make it special and unique

Hi Sporty
I bet you are getting excited!!
Are you going to bring the new Beast to the yellow TVR meet that i have organised at the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon later this month?
Anyone else with a yellow TVR want to come?
Contact me via my profile for more details, or click on the link "yellow TVR meet" in my profile.
For those that are coming already.. i will repost on the event in a couple of days time.

With the Avic X1, try not to time the womans voice directions with over run, it's a pain, especially if you're lost (as I normally am!) lol

How does traction control work as this sounds like something to add to my spec? i always thought this was an integral feature of the cars that have it rather than an add on?

The traction contro; system is a Race Logic set up due to be fitted with the start button at the first service in two weeks. So not yet able to show pictures but will as soon as they are.

Interested to know who is fitting the race logic system. I really think this may be a good idea, feel confident with the brakes but the traction is the bit that makes me jump every time!

Sportie....is this the one with the display that slides out and flips up?

I didn't think it would fit into the Sagaris.....too close to the gear stick....?

I thought it was an option (it was on the t350c). Chris Watton also fitted one to a Tamora (and there's a link somewhere for a discounted price for it).

Silverstone TVR have a few 'trick' ICE items, so my guess they are doing this
and the traction control.

Yes, it works very well, the gear stick has to be in wither 2nd, 4th or reverse for the display to close, but that's no big deal.

I only found out yesterday that I could change the vehicle dynamics screen, so you can have g-force acceleration showing, and all sorts!, only had it 9 months!! lol

Oh yes, the DAB box fits neatly onto the side of the CD changer unit;

It does on a Tamora. You'd have to find an alternate place on a Sagaris though, as it's a hatchback....

IIRC Silverstone TVR were looking at fitting this to one of their cars; might be worth giving them a call.

A few 200sx owners on the sxoc.com use the racelogic traction control. You can plug a laptop in and change the settings. The pic is from www.racelogic.co.uk
