Hi there, wonder if someone can help. I’ve recently been overhauling my suspension on my T350. The car was involved in a slight accident but it was nearly all body work damage. The bodywork has been repaired and is awaiting paint. Now the suspension had a new(to me) top arm fitted which was marked up “Tuscan” (having looked online all the arms seem the same on the T cars) I had all the suspension powder coated and now on full lock the wheel scrapes the top wishbone, quite badly. The car does have some wider wheels fitted has 225/18”spiders on the front and 255/18”spiders on the rears. As of yet I haven’t had any of the suspension set up but that is next on the list which I appreciate could have something to do with the scraping but I can’t help thinking I’m missing something. The car also has protech shocks all round.

Hope someone can help!

You should be able to verify assembly with this.

Have you got the rack centralised and both track rod ends screwed on a equal amount?

Does the angle of the wheels look the same on full left lock and full right lock?

The upper wishbone changed on the later cars (Jan 2002 onwards I think) to allow more lock, with the diagonal arm curved instead of straight.

Did some further investigation today and I’m fairly sure I have matching arms which both curved and have then extra holes in. Not sure about the rack being centralised I will have to check by doing the test spoke about on here.

Many thanks
