Well after several weeks of umming and several visits to racing green I have finally placed a deposit on a 52 Tamora, I seriously considered a T350 but in the end decided I wanted a full convertible. What a totally different beast to the Chim. After 6 months of ownership the bug has well and truely bitten. though I would miss the V8 but the progression and noise from the 6 is far better than I ever expected. have to blame BMW for poor perception of the S6's noise. Few things to sort out (insurance etc) then its the joys of a 21st century car. Still amazed that 400cc and 2 cylinders less = 75 more horses (but I'm not complaining)

Cool! Welcome to the club, if you want noise, pick up the racing green/tvr power super sports exhaust! No turning back after that!

Also join www.tvrtamora.com when you get the car! Just another 280 to track down folks....

Yes, well done and welcome I too came from a Chim 450, the difference is akin to going from a Shire horse to Thoroughbred, chalk and cheese! (although I will always miss the Chim, but not as much as I'd miss the Tam!)
