Odd T car kaffuffle

Sometimes my car gets itself into a bit of an emotional state and this particular side effect has occurred before but I can’t remember how I got it to calm down last time.

On getting out of the car and closing the door all the dash lights go out as expected. Then, about 30 seconds later the window and lock lights start a salsa dance and the dash kicks off whining about it and showing up an oil pressure fault. The precursor warning sign being the driver’s window not wanting to drop when the door is opened. Turn the old dear on and off a few times and that sorts that issue but then it refuses to go to sleep.

Has anyone else got a T Car that was wired up on the same ‘go to work hammered’ day and know of the solution?

Had the same on my T35c, fitted the diode to the alternator and the problem is no more, do a search and you will find the info.

Thanks. After a couple of days trying to remember how I had solved it last time I remembered last night that the solution was to turn the interior light off!!!!!
