Right, am finally getting my alloys refurbished so I can finally fit my Shiney Nuts Chan bought me for Xmas!!
The wheels that are to be re done are both on the passenger side, Chan will take the wheels in her Clio to the refurb place (didn't fancy leaving my P&J on a rough Gloucester backstreet all day!!)
Trouble is, there is nothing at all mentioned regarding jacking points in the Tam users manual! I can get a trolly jack and axle stands, but where do I locate them, as both wheels will be off the car for the day?
Any help would be very appreciated, as I have to take off the wheels tomorrow! :):)

there are 4 triangles on the chassis that are the jacking points.

Thanks Simon , would it be safe to leave the axle stands on those triangles for a few hours, do you think?

Chris

I used to leave jacked up resting on packs of A4 copier paper, that way it meant that I did not have to jack right up and no way would it slip off.

Right, I seem to have a problem! Got the back wheel off no problem, but the front wheel seems to be fused to the car! Have taken out all of the nuts, jacked the car up, but the wheel won't budge!!! why???

Its OK, did it, the numpties who changed my front tyres a few weeks back obviously didn't put any copper grease on the wheels!
