The rather nice Red Sagaris pace car was doing a lap of honour in Houx on Sunday afternoon but I never actually saw it on the track. Was it a pace car for the historic racing or something else??

Yes it was the Peninsula Demo Sagaris. It was used on the circuit on Saturday morning by Stirling Moss for the Legends Race - hence the Pace Car stickers.

It was in Houx on Sunday to drive John (one of the TVR Le Mans drivers) back to the pits. He wanted to go over to meet the supporters.

It was looking a bit rough on Saturday night though.

It was the pace car, but was behind a silver Audi 'safety car' during the warmup lap (ie the Sagaris was second in line). So yet again the organisers spoilt the lap by having a boring Eurobox in the front.....

What really cheesed me off was the Radio Le Mans commentator saying 'I don't know why there's a TVR there' and he didn't even know it was a Sagaris.....
