Just a quickie.
If you have damaged your alloys to the extent you have "flat spots" or flat sections where they should obviously be circular, does this mean the tyre can no longer be balanced?
In this case, the flat sections are on the inside of the wheel, so not visible unless the wheel is off.
Could the wheel still be salvaged for us as a track day wheel?
