Battery Life on T350
Discussion
Hi
Just wondered if a T350 if not started for say 2 weeks, would the battery be flat when you come to start the car.
What I am trying to establish is if I need to buy a trickle charger.
My car will be left in my garage, and probably started and used say once every 4/5 days.
Will the battery last OK for this length, so the car will start.
These may sound funny questions, but the guy at the dealership the car is coming from has told me the battery will flatten if the car is not started for 7 days, and I have never read anything like this before.
Please give me some advice.

My dealer told me that all cars and batteries vary, but a trickly charger would always help. As it is I have not use my charger for months, and have left my car for a couple of weeks (away of course... couldn't just leave the beast there if i was at home)without leaving the charger on and it started just as easily as it does when I use it every day. I can't remember exactly what I paid for mine, however is another £70 / 80 on £30/40k ) really going to break the bank? ;-)
I was told that my battery would go flat if I didn't drive the car for about 7 days. In fact it didn't go flat even when I left the poor girl alone for 9 days once! But in any case I went and bought a SOLAR powered trickle charger from britisheco.com AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS, in fact the battery went flat after 3 days while the solar charger was plugged in!
Was the charger faulty or just crappy? We will never know, as Britishco refused to replace it or to refund my purchase money. Anyway, I threw the thing away and my battery has not gone flat since!
