The dealers now have a fix from the factory to make sure the bonnet stays in place. They are fitting them when the cars go in I beleive.....

If you are concerned might be worth talking to the dealer.

dont put your straps away just yet, I had 'the fix' done last week and to say I am not happy with the results would be an understatment!

It has seriously effected the geometry set up of the car and hence the handling.

Very Funny, Obviously your bonnet has not come of resulting in an accident and very nearly loss of life.

Looked at the pic on your profile. That must have been very

Conversely, the elephant post is one of the best I've seen.

Hope the Saggy gets better soon.

Sorry Sportie.....No harm was meant.

But the direct and immediate result of the unfortunate incident with your bonnet has been a secondary fixing that sorted the problem for every Sagaris owner.

Whilst what happened to you was by scary...thankfully no loss of life was incurred and TVR issued a fix for us all mate.

Hope your Sagaris is well on the mend...and you're out and about in it soon

As I was the person who started this thread I feel that I owe you an apology.

Sorry - It wasn't meant to offend anyone.
As a sagaris owner myself I do realise the seriousness of it and had no idea that it would upset you.

yep, lost bonnet and roof on the same day and laughed about it, i was aware of TVRs short comings and did the speeds anyway, did your bonet not lift even slightly before being ripped off?

why on earth would you be angry/annoyed with us when you believed we were obviously not aware of what had happened to you?

or did the mean/relate to something else?

I'm not sorry for the joke, it was funny, i'm sorry you had ur incident but i'd suggest getting rid of the chip before posting.
