What is the ground clearance on the lowest part of a Sagaris as the brochure doesn't say anything at all.

Did TVR ever change the car so that it stopped bottoming out on the rear diffuser?

The demo car I drove shortly after it's release did this a number of times on the test drive and I was told at the time that it wouldn't take much work to resolve it (IIRC, it was a bolt on the diffuser that touched 1st).

blimmin 'eck, this confirms it. The Tamora is the SUV 'housewife school run wagon' of the TVR family. 122mm, crikey, that puts Range Rovers to shame.

Seriously though, my T350 fits over the speed bumps on my road by about 1cm and the clearance figure above is bang on for my car (obviously I had to check carefully before buying).

I also grounded out the rear diffuser on the Sagaris I drove. A few times. Ooops. My T350 never grounded on the same road 'at cruise altitude' either.

LOL, if only that were true! Do you have any idea the constant repairing of the front spoiler has cost, due to grounding at the mearest hint at even a pebble???
I must have the proper mans set up car, not the high ground clearence ones that would put Jeeps to shame of the later versions

Fixed your quote Chris ;-)

I guess the lip on the spoiler is mosre sticky outey than the T350's rounded nose.

My Sagaris grounds easily at the back with a full tank of fuel. Not so easily on half a tank or below, as in almost never. The tolerance is that fine. It sounds awful when it does it but it's barely left a scratch underneath. So it's not a big problem for me anyway.

God yes it does......

The first time we noticed it was pootling around on the run out at Rockingham....
Okay...so some of the roads we went down had grass growing in the middle....., but it makes the most awful graunching sound as it bottoms out and in the end as we had only had her a couple of weeks and weren't sure what damage we were doing we let everyone past so we didn't spoil the fun....

We've had the car a while now and it's only on real back roads that we have a problem...twice today....but we weren't moseying along!!!!!

Still....it provides good entertainment for those behind.....as we leave a shower of sparks in our wake!!!

But as the pits says...there is no damage and it sounds far worse than it is....

Tamora's with 18" wheels ground clearance 100mm, dealers can "lift" by 5mm by adjusting the front suspension height.

Will increase after I decide to respray the front due to speed bumps etc.
