"Tacho zero - Code 22"

Hello,
Maybe somebody can help.
When starting the T350, "tacho zero" appears on the dash, followed by "code 22".
When driving, the speed dial is working perfectly ; the revs one stay on zero.
The dash functions are fully operating.

Is a procedure available to avoid this problem ?

Disconnecting Battery (i use a circuit breaker - don't know if this is the correct english word but i'm sure you will understand what i mean).

Just off the top of my head the the stepper motor may be broken in the gauge, so it can't move the dial (and it detects this)

Would be a dismantle, new part, etc..
