I've stopped using peninsula since they introduced that phone system, incredibly frustrating .. which is a shame because in every other respect they've always been stunning on customer service and deliveries, jason who used to be in parts in particular was one of the best customer-focussed people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

If you call tvr car parts however a human answers the phone!

Fully support that statement. I have spoken to them several times on various issues over the last months
and getting through is a joke
