Cars in for its 12000 miles service, got a phone call today from dealer one of my rear anti roll bar drop links has broken. But appartenly its not covered under the factory warranty because its classed as wear and tear is this right ???????
No, it's rubbish. The link has BROKEN. ...unless there is sufficient wear to cause it to fail (which would indicate a design or manufacturing flaw - which would also be covered).
Come on TVR... stop treating your customers like idiots.
So, the dealer gets the sh1tty end of the stick... nice.
NO this is not a pop at my dealer they have been brilliant I think its as they told me today the factory are turning the screws up on warranty claims, and the dealers are only following orders.
