T350 Door opening & Closing problems

One of my doors takes a long time to open - around 30 seconds but sometimes opens instantly and the passenger door has now decided to not close properly and open it self frequently when I'm driving along (nice)..

Has anyone found what the problem is : do I presume all I have to do is to remove the trim panel where the seat belt reel is and a piece of carpet and adjust a door opening rod or something like that..

Should add that you can hear the actuator 'eeking' when you press the open button - so it just sounds like an adjustment is needed.
