New to my T350c. Going very well. The handbook seems quiet on closing the rear window, and sometimes I get a glass on metal rattle. The dealer advised a close then press down technique. Is this something subtle? Maybe the rubber seals are still hard. Any ideas please?

The 'close & press' technique is defo the best to avoid damge to the catch and of course stressing teh scren on a hard impact. The catch is adjustable and does tend to go a bit lose and sometimes needs adjusting (mine has).

Get an allen key out and adjust it so it's perfect for your car (each car is different, so you might need a few attempts to get it perfect).

Thanks. Appreciate the quick reply and will tinker this weekend.
