Power Washers and TVR's

Is it ok to use a power washer when cleaning your TVR? Or will this damage the paint?

I use one, but VERY carefully, it's great for wheel arches, and the wheels themselves. I turn the power down a tad for the bodywork though, never really had a problem using it, or it damaging the paintwork, as long as you're careful and don't 'superblast' one spot constantly, I don't think you have much to worry about.

Take care not to spray the rubber seals - I lost the seal at the top of the windscreen while going down the motorway. I believe the corner of it had been lifted up by the pressure washer (even on low pressure)

I have occassionally used one for the alloys, but to be honest ever since i switched to filtered water I tend to not use it!
