Dealership discounts on new Sagaris?

It depends on the dealer and if you are prepared to buy a pre-built or stock car. The time of year should put you in a good position to negotiate.
My experience 2 months ago was 2 dealers were prepared to give a generous discount on the car and one other dealer wasn't prepared to budge.
Best thing to do is approach them and see what you can get.

Agreed, you dont get if you dont ask! Screen price on stock cars at this time of year means pretty much nothing! Sales are slow, and the cold weather means novody is looking to buy a TVR, so you are in the best position. It REALLY is a buyers market!
Remember 'stock cars are NOT demo's, they are purely showroom cars, so have yet to be PDI'd etc. Stock cars are normally specced well too.
