Got a water sensor problem and water temps problem.
Engine temps climb quickly upto the ton, fans come on temp climbs up then back down to an even ton more or less.
Driving the temps drop back down to 70/80.
Hot air still comming out of the vents, so no head gasket gone. No warnings about water levels.
Has happened in last cpl of days.
Bugger.

Mine did this and it needed some water, I'd let it drop a smidge too low in the expansion bottle, there's a side outlet to the engine halfway up. Took over a litre and has been fine since.
Something like this might be your problem, or the fan sensors are not telling the fans to kick in soon enough (one comes on, then the second when/if it gets hotter). I'm sure someone will be along to tell you what temp they should each kick in at.

Thanks Targ. Popped off the inner bonnet today and saw the water coolant level pipe is mostly burried under the outer bonnet isnt it? Bugger bugger and buggeration. Need to get outer bonnet off to have a proper look.
The second possibility sounds a goer also. Phone call to DM Im thinking to get it sorted ASAP.

I think on the Sagaris you need to undo the brass screw in the main tank in front of the engine, make sure it's full to the brim. You may need to use a screwdriver sideways on to loosen the nut (or loosen slightly when warm - brass/ally heat up differently and get nice 'n tight after a while).
DJC, had same problem, posted on earlier thread, link below.

Also had the switch on one of the fans go, replaced at 6k under warranty.
Temps were up and down like the proverbial.
No problem at all since being sorted.
